Pioneers: Cooperation between Manokwari and South Manokwari

At least two regencies have signed inter-regional cooperation, namely Manokwari and South Manokwari.
For example, when Manokwari has a surplus of fish, they will send it to the South Manokwari area, which is experiencing a shortage.
Vice versa, if there is surplus stock in South Manokwari, they will send it to Manokwari. This example shows that working with a system like this is very profitable, right?
Therefore, slowly all regencies in this province are trying to be able to carry out similar cooperation.

This cooperation will be ratified by signing an agreement between the two provinces on May 9, 2023.
