The program was initiated by 21 youths of Papua. Coming from various disciplines, they aimed at creating creative Papuan young people. Thus, the formation of the company was expected to help reduce the number of unemployment and poverty.

The company was expected to be a startup business and creativity development center. The program includes self-development activities. The activities include business and soft skills training. The soft skills trained include communication, leadership, and the basics of management.

The program will establish a Silicon Valley with an Indonesian feel in Papua. Via the company, the government wishes that the place could accommodate the establishment of new unicorns and decacorn in the area.

All Papuan young people can be part of the business and learn to be young entrepreneurs. But, the selection is not that easy. Only talented young Papuans are eligible to be in the quarantine. It is a half up to six months long quarantine.

During that time, they learn about various business skills. They will also get guidance on how to turn their ideas into business. After taking the program, the government expects the young people to have all the necessary skills to start their own business. That way they can create job opportunities and reduce the number of poverty in Papua. (Profil Papua Muda Inspiratif, Perusahaan Billy Mambrasar yang Tuai Kontroversi Halaman all – Kompas.com)
