PT Pertamina opened Cohesive Public Refueling Station (SPBU Kompak) that serves one-price fuel. This Cohesive Public Refueling Station is part of the one-price fuel program for all regions in Indonesia.
Indonesia Government has a policy of One-price Fuel for Papua. Through this policy, Papuan people are now able to get the same fuel prices as national price. This program is actually initiated for the creation of social justice for all the people of Indonesia. Because, so far people in Papua, especially those far from access to transportation often ger a price far from normal and reasonable prices like those in Java and Sumatra. Although it is not easy, efforts to provide equal access to the energy of all Indonesian people from the West to the East, including the Front, Outermost and Disadvantaged areas remains to be done.
PT Pertamina opened Cohesive Public Refueling Station (SPBU Kompak) that serves one-price fuel. This Cohesive Public Refueling Station is part of the one-price fuel program for all regions in Indonesia. Cohesive Public Refueling Station is located in an area that is difficult to access. Especially for the region in Papua and West Papua has available 13 points of distributor agencies for one-price fuel. Up to November 2017, for Papua and West Papua region, Pertamina has realized 13 of the target of 16 locations of one-price fuel until 2017 as assigned by the government.
On 24th November 2017, PT Pertamina inaugurated the operation of two Cohesive Public Refueling Stations in Papua, located inSuasapor district, Tambrauw district, West Papua Province, and Oksibil district, Pegunungan Bintang district, Papua Province. Cohesive Public Refueling Stations in Suasapor and Oksibil will sell Solar products at Rp5,150/ liter, and Premium Rp6,450 / liter.
