PYCH Offers CRM Training for Young Papuans

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy used by businesses to manage interactions with potential customers. CRM training is the best way to maintain business relationships and help an organization determine the needs and preferences of its customers, partners, clients, or prospects.

On Thursday (23/3), Papua Youth Creative Hub (PYCH) cooperated with Nokentech Digital Indonesia and technology company Salesforce to hold CRM training free for young talents at the PYCH Building.

Youth in the Papua Province require contextual training to maximize their potential and abilities. Young Papuans will be trained by PYCH, which builds and fills out a professional management system.

Audy Nelwan, president and director of PT Nokentech Digital Indonesia, said that this digital training aims to create many young digital talents in Papua. However, the setup will be a spectacle because they have not yet returned from Papua’s infrastructure and educational setups.

PYCH, a hub for young people’s creativity, can promote the welfare and advancement of the Papuan people. CRM training is one of their various activities to develop every potential and ability of a young Papuan.

Hundreds of young Papuans attended this digital training, and everyone was excited to talk about Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Andy explained that the participants of this training hoped to become trainers and teach CRM technology to young people in other regions.

“Youthful Papuans must develop their eventuality, particularly in this digitalization period. We’ll start in Papua and work our way west. They will likely hold pieces of training in a number of cities in the western region, possibly for young Papuans,” said Andy

CRM is essential for young Papuans and everyone involved in the business. Andy added that numerous industries, including several unicorn industries in Indonesia, have used CRM.

CRM systems consist of both business procedures that govern how businesses interact with their customers and CRM software that manages and accesses customer data.

Young Papuans, particularly in this digitalization era, must develop their potential. This training includes learning CRM technology and applying it to the company’s industry.

The opportunities in the Land of Papua are still plentiful. CRM empowers young Papuan with the information and visibility needed and increased welfare.

MANTAP stands for Papua Talent Management, a development application collaboration with PYCH. MANTAP was presented to President Joko Widodo on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, in Jayapura.

This application previously managed approximately 12,800 data on young talents under the Papua Muda Inspiratif 9PMI) program before being launched on the Papua Youth Creative Hub (PMI). MANTAP is one concrete example of how PYCH serves as a hub for talented Papuan youths to work and be creative.

Andy explained that collaboration with PYCH would continue in the development of  MANTAP. He said that the salesforce module would be integrated into the Steady application in the future.

Meanwhile, Elia Musa Rawar, as PYCH Technology Program Manager, hoped that CRM training courses online would provide young Papuans with as much knowledge and skills as possible.

The man known as Elmus stated that the training with Nokentech and Salesforce was a sign that agencies and people outside of Papua were paying attention to PYCH.

PYCH successfully handled CRM training last Thursday. It is also gained so much attention. So it means that stakeholders have been paying attention to new developments in Papua, particularly the existence of the Papua Youth Creative Hub and that there has been a lot of interaction to create collaborations and events in the technology sector,” said Elmus.
