However, the blueprint of PYCH comes from the youths of Papua. They know what they need to learn to catch up with the world. PYCH is designed for the youth of Papua. The entire facility, programs, and plans are specially designed for the people of Papua.
It is a complete facility that provides training and coursework on various topics. Since its inauguration, PYCH has started its training. For now, the training is on contextual skills. It can help participants upskill and get jobs since these skills are most sought after in job hunting.
PYCH also provides training in other sectors, such as farming, animal husbandry, and fishery. Papua is rich in natural resources. It is about time the people of Papua learn how to optimize their resources. The training at PYCH provides them with assistance to improve their result.
The Future at PYCH

According to Billy Mambrasar, one of the co-founders of PYCH, this hub specially creates a system to manage the entire program. The entirety of this system is from the youths of Papuans. They build, run, and manage the system.
For the time being, the training is focused on digital skills. It is important to help the children catch up with the latest technology. PYCH has started to give digital skills training to 100 children. This is not the only digital skills training in the facility.
